Conference: A Climate of (De-)Civilization? Shifting Dynamics between Nature and Society – 12 to 14 March, Dortmund, Germany

As announced during its call for papers’ phase, an important international conference will be held in the TU Dortmund University from 12 to 14 March on the theme “A Climate of (De-)Civilization: Shifting Dynamics between Nature and Society”. The conference aims to explore the value of Norbert Elias’s process sociology for the study of socio-environmental crises at multiple levels, related societal conflicts, and sustainability issues in general.
