The attention of subscribers to this blog is drawn to the rather early deadline for the online submission of abstracts of papers for presentation at next year’s XVIII ISA World Congress of Sociology: Facing an Unequal; World – Challenges for Global Sociology, Yokohama, Japan, 13–19 July 2014.
The deadline is 30 September 2013.
Many subscribers are members of ISA Working Group 02 (Historical and Comparative Sociology) and/or Research Committee 20 (Comparative Sociology). Pre-registration for the World Congress is already open. In order to be included in the programme participants (presenters, chairs, discussants etc.) need to pay registration fees by 1 April 2014.
